Body weight Heaven – WOD

Welcome to another WOD! If you’re a cyclist, this is the WOD for you… For this WOD, plan for a solid cycling-specific workout! Corona or no Corona, staying fit and focused is key to mental and physical health. Let’s get you focused on maximizing those quads.

  1. Air Squats – squat, jump and pull those knees close to your chest.
  2. Lunges – go deep, but be careful of the bending knee. Focus on the movement and lunge away!
  3. Star Planks – same a planks, but put one hand behind your back (or try lifting up your leg).
  4. Calf Raises – just pick up those calves! Try using a board to elevate your toes.
  5. Burpees – you know what to do! Don’t give up!
  6. Push Ups – come on, finish strong!
