Body Weight Heaven WOD – Thirsty For Fitness Thursday

Welcome to another WOD! Let’s get your Thursday started right… For this WOD, we are maxing out the whole body. Corona or no Corona, staying fit and focused is key to mental and physical health. Let’s get you focused on maximizing your Thursday.

  1. Spinal Row – think push up, but role your spine as you go down (think: that caterpillar dance move).
  2. Jump Rope – you know what to do.
  3. Max Chin Up – just really go for it here! Don’t give up… Do as many as you can.
  4. Handstand – I have to use a wall to execute this, and that’s OK. Just hold the handstand position and do your best.
  5. Punches – combos, straight throws and shadow boxing… Just have fun, but move your feet to get a great workout.
  6. Deep Breathing – we said the whole body, right!? Well, this includes those precious lungs.
