Body Weight Heaven WOD – Track It Tuesday

Welcome to another WOD! Ready to get your week on the right track? Well, let’s get you on the road or track. For this WOD, we are all about sprints and speed. Corona or no Corona, staying fit and focused is key to mental and physical health. Let’s get you focused on maximizing your Tuesday!

  1. 400 Meters – this is a warm up, so don’t go too hard.
  2. 800 Meters – stay focused on your stride and still take is slow to get your long pace down.
  3. 200 Meters – now, let’s throw some speed down! Don’t hurt yourself with sprints… You’ll want to stay focused on form, but go fast!
  4. 200 Meters – go back to long run pace – again, focus on your stride here.
  5. Walk – go slow here, and cool down from the track workout!
