Welcome to another WOD! Let’s get your Tuesday started right… For this WOD, we are going old school. Corona or no Corona, staying fit and focused is key to mental and physical health. Let’s get you focused on maximizing your Tuesday.
- Push Ups – all the way down and all the way up.
- Dips – find a park bench or buy some parallets and get dipping.
- Sit Ups – just really go for it here! Don’t give up… Do as many as you can. Or just follow our instructions 🙂
- Jumping Jacks – again, old school here…
- Burpees – you know what to do!
- Sprints – get your sprint on!
