Welcome to another WOD! Let’s get your week started right… For this WOD, plan for a serious ab workout! Corona or no Corona, staying fit and focused is key to mental and physical health. Let’s get you focused on maximizing your Wednesday.

  1. Handstands – use the wall or balance, but hold that handstand.
  2. Planks – see how long your can hold.
  3. Star Planks – same a planks, but put one hand behind your back (or try lifting up your leg).
  4. Sit Ups – you know what to do!
  5. Burpees – you know what to do! Don’t give up!
  6. Push Ups – come on, finish strong!
