Body Weight Heaven – WOD

Welcome to another WOD! Welcome to Monday… For a lot of us, Monday’s are typically a little slower in the morning. We are tired, sore and not ready for the work week. So this WOD is tailored for you: a well-rounded WOD with just a little workout to boot.

  1. Deep Breathing – in with your nose, out your mouth, focus on your breathing.
  2. Stretching – try doing a full-body stretch routine or just those sore areas from the weekend.
  3. Walk – get up from your desk and take a walk around the block 🙂
  4. Squats – go deep and stay relaxed… Feel the burn in those legs, but don’t ever do it.
  5. Burpees – you know what to do! Don’t give up!
  6. Push Ups – come on, finish strong!
