Welcome to another WOD! Let’s get your Tuesday started right… For this WOD, we are going old school. Corona or no Corona, staying fit and focused is key to mental and physical health. Let’s get you focused on maximizing your Tuesday.
- Power Kicks – a killer warm up (which is important for track workouts). Your objective is to smack your heels on your butt as quickly as you can.
- Lunges – go deep, one leg at a time, focus on form and lunge away.
- High Knees – stand straight, lift those knees high in the air and repeat, very quickly.
- Jumping Jacks – again, old school here…
- Burpees – you know what to do!
- Sprints – get your sprint on!
