Body Weight Heaven WOD – Try Harder Tuesday

Welcome to another WOD! Let’s get your Tuesday moving… For this WOD, we have combined a little yoga and some strength work. Corona or no Corona, staying fit and focused is key to mental and physical health. Let’s get you focused on maximizing your Tuesday!

  1. Pulls Ups – know what that is? Reverse your grip on the bar and pull up.
  2. Planks – hands shoulder-width apart and hold your back straight.
  3. Jump Squats – start low, in the squat position and jump! Repeat and maybe bring your knees to your chest for extra credit.
  4. Raise Leg Lifts – stay on your back, palms on the ground by your hips and lift both your legs in the air and then repeat.
  5. Jump Ropes – you know what to do!
  6. Deep Breathing – something we try to do everyday. Breath in, and think loving yourself. Breath out, and think gratitude.
